In terms of my therapeutic work, I have a private practice and work with individuals and also couples on a short, medium or long term basis. I have worked in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy since the mid 1990’s, and most of the website is devoted to this part of my work. My professional Registration means that I meet the standards laid down by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and am committed to working within their Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct. See the 'About me' page for more information.
Regarding my work as a Creative Group Facilitator, I lead Workshops and Retreats on various themes including Creativity & Imagination, Psychological awareness & Personal Growth, Spirituality and Playfulness. Go to the 'Groups' page for more information on any forthcoming events.
I am an enthusiastic artist and photographer. I love using paint to explore themes of sea, sky and land, and find the process exhilarating and frustrating in almost equal measure. I also love photography and the immediacy of being 'out theere' in the landscape and weather. I exhibit regularly in various places, eg Warwickshire Open Studios, Art in the Park, etc. For more information, go to my Artwork page listed above, where you can also see a few examples of my paintings.
